Islet Lobos

It was declared a natural park in 1982, owes its name to the sea lions that lived in its waters not so long ago and it'is only 2km away from the island of Fuerteventura, across the Strait of Bocaína.

Corralejo Coast

It is made up of a chain of white sand beaches and turquoise waters of almost 10 km. Also, this area is considered one of the most beautiful on the island.

Corralejo Nature Park

The best place to explore the desert beauty of Fuerteventura thanks to having the largest dunes of the Canary Islands. They are in a good state of conservation and come from an organic origin.

Mount Tindaya

In the northwest of Fuerteventura, solitarily, this sacred mountain of 400m high is located. It was adored by the aborigines of the island becuase they thought that it had magical properties.

Puerto del Rosario

It is the capital of the island and has several beaches. Two of them are marked with the "blue flag", that indicates the fulfillment of the care of the environment and the citizen security.

Port of Puerto del Rosario

The boats access Fuerteventura through this port. In addition to receiving goods from different places, Transmediterranea, Naviera Armas and Fred Olsen are responsible for the maritime connection between the island and the rest of the archipelago and the peninsula.

Fuerteventura Airport

It is the only airport in Fuerteventura located in the eastern part of the island, 5km away from the capital, and it is the main entrance of tourism. Most of the international flights departing from here go to Europe.

Betancuria Village

Betancuria is a small village that highlights due to its houses painted with an intense white surrounded by beautiful plants.

Villa Winter

The engineer Gustav Winter moved to Fuerteventura for work, but some conspiracy theories say that he was actually collabotaring with nazis, using an electric lantern installed in the tower torret of its house for sending signals to the U-Boats.

Sotavento Beach

It is a virgin beach of nine kilometers that impresses by its length, beauty of yellow sand and closeness to the Atlantic.

Jandia

It is a small peninsula located in the extreme south of Fuerteventura and has a peaceful and paradisiacal environment for its long beaches.
